when I listened an audio in the listening class. The audio was a man. First, he talked about the student. The student has a big problem when did a test. The big problem have not a good time management. The student get stressed out.
And then, why the student stressed out? Because, they were not enough of sleep. He gives some tips how to good learn and success for the test. The student diligently studied and get enough of sleep. The student woke up in the early morning. And then, the student relaxed every two hours of learn.
The conclude, the student never get enough sleep and have not good time. and then the student got enough sleep and woke up early morning for study. And student relaxed every two hours of learn
